Crafting with Dragonflies has a new challenge#53 - Easter Cards
I used a stamp set for 2015 from Stampin' Up called Indescribable Gift and stamped it onto some
shimmery white card from SU with Versamark ink, and embossed it with white EP.
The shimmer shows here as white flecks
I then used the SU markers to watercolour the card.
That was fine until I tried to water colour in the background - the card was too dry and water resistant to take the colour easily so I ended up with a streaky sky.......
I did stamp two images and fussy cut one to pop up on top of the main flowers
I added the plastic bird (from D'Lish) to try and disguise the terrible colouring job..........
Some mounting (SU card) and some pale aqua lace, with SU ribbon
It looks quite shimmery in the light but not in the photo's
You have two weeks to enter this new challenge at
I will enter this in the following challenges:

Beautiful card. I think you did a great job fixing the sky - I probably wouldn't have noticed to much if you hadn't mentioned. My eyes were focused on the gorgeous flowers!
It doesn't look a mess to me. It's truly beautiful Susan.....great job!!Hugs Wynn xx
