April Challenge at A Place to Start!

Hello Peeps!

Hope that nasty virus is staying right away from you and your friends and family!

We are doing OK here in little Tassie - there are benefits in being an island!

We have a moat!

At the moment our drawbridge is up!

However,my craft room is not banned just yet as long as I am only in it with myself, 

the cat and my Hubby!

So I have been crafting things....

Here I have my April DT piece for 

A Place to Start

Spring/Easter with a ribbon or a bow 

I did both!

so there will be some lovely goodies as prizes!

I used a digi from them called 'Fruity Baby'

There are a few of them - mine has an Easter Egg.

She was so cute I just used her as is and printed her off slightly larger then normal 

so she filled the card space.

I used SU Whipser White and then coloured her with Copic pens

This meant that there was a bit of bleeding - I normally used Xpress Blending card but had run out

However, it wasn't too bad. 

I mounted it onto some Crushed Curry card and my folded card is Pacific Blue

The ribbon is also SU Crushed Curry

I used an old SU Easter stamp for the sentiment, trimmed and mounted on the yellow card

before placing it on the card.

I added some blue bling and some Kiddy Glitz for sparkle

This sentiment goes with the Easter lamb from a few years ago

I drew around some false stitching with a fine black pen to create a border

Then the ribbon with a small bow at the base.
